PRIVACY NOTICE

Upon initial customer enquiry we take record of your name, address and contact details. This is for the purpose of visiting the premises to complete a quotation and if applicable to then carry out work, issue certificates and invoices and add you to our maintenance list. Your data is kept securely and is never shared with any third party, other than our accrediting body the SSAIB (for the purpose of system certification). We do not send out marketing and we do not store any information that is not relevant to the fabric of our business.

The purposes for recording data – to provide customer quotations, to provide records of system installations and maintenances, to issue certificates, to issue invoices and to arrange ongoing maintenance visits.

Third parties we share your personal information with – Just the SSAIB for certification purposes, they in turn have a privacy notice which can be viewed on their website www.SSAIB.org

How long the data will be stored – The data will be stored for as long as you are a regular customer of ours.

Your rights – There is a lot of detailed information relating to the GDPR regulations which can be found at www.ICO.org website. Basically, you can let me know if you do not wish for us to hold your details and we will delete you from our systems and shred your file.

Confirmation – We presume that unless told otherwise you agree to us holding your data for business use as we historically have done, if you chose to opt out please let me know.

Cross Boarder information – No personal data is shared with any third parties other than our accrediting body, the SSAIB.
